The Department of Molecular Genetics invites you to join us for an Open House one Wednesday, August 31st from 3:00pm-5:30 pm on the first floor of the Biological Sciences Building (484 W. 12th Ave).
This gathering is open to students of all majors. Please drop by to:
- Meet faculty and students in the department
- Learn about scholarships and funding
- Tour labs
- Learn about some of the research our undergraduates are doing and find research opportunities
- Learn about club opportunities: meet officers of the Molecular Genetics Club, the Genetic Counseling Club, and the Biotechnology Club
- Find out about outreach opportunities in the community
