She has been supported by the W.M. Keck Fellowship (2020) and an NRSA fellowship (2021). In 2022 she won the award for best talk from a postdoctoral fellow at the Midwest Zebrafish Conference, and in 2023 won a poster award at the International Symposium for Neural Regeneration.
