Huge congratulations to Dr. Anita Hopper who today was elected to the National Academy of Sciences. The NAS is a private, non-profit society of distinguished scholars, elected by their peers. They are charged with providing t independent, objective advice on STEM-related matters to guide national policy. Dr. Hopper was the only scientist in Ohio elected this year, and joins 10 other Ohio State faculty who are members of the Academy. This is a well deserved honor, and we are so proud of Anita!
