Congratulations to our graduating Molecular Genetics students

On May 8th, 42 Molecular Genetics students earned their Bachelor of science degrees in Molecular Genetics. They were an amazing group!

80% of them completed a mentored undergraduate research project
Of those, 25% completed an undergraduate thesis to graduate with research distinction, and 50% presented their work at a conference or contributed to a publication
15% completed a second major and 50% completed one or more minors
57% earned Latin honors
31% plan to attend medical school 50% plan to attend graduate school to earn an MS or Ph.D., and 19% will enter the workforce
