Former MG graduate student Valerie Coffman’s paper “The formins Cdc12 and For3 cooperate during contractile ring assembly in cytokinesis” was published in Journal of Cell Biology. Her paper was the cover story and highlighted in the “In Focus” section of JCB.

Current MG graduate student Yi-Hua Zhu’s paper “Cooperation between Rho-GEF Gef2 and its binding partner Nod1 in the regulation of fission yeast cytokinesis” was published in Molecular Biology of the Cell.

Current MG graduate student, Ning Wang, was awarded an American Society for Cell Biology (ASCB) Graduate Travel Award to attend the ASCB Annual Meeting in New Orleans from Dec. 14-18, 2013.
