We are delighted to note that in February, Marcos Corchado (Ph.D. candidate in the Chamberlin lab attended the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., as a fellow of the The Yale Ciencia Academy (YCA) for Career Development. This experience (led by the nonprofit organization Ciencia Puerto Rico (CienciaPR), in collaboration with Yale University) provided Marcos with opportunities for mentoring, networking and skills development as well as to make contributions to his community through science outreach.
