Molecular Genetics majors do great things at Denman Forum

We would like to congratulate all of the Molecular Genetics majors who took part in the 26th Annual Denman Undergraduate Research Forum. Among our students, several were honored for their participation:

Jill Teitelbaum (Molecular Genetics major in Cole lab) won first place in the Natural and Life Sciences section for her project entitled "A Rare Human SNP in the Hes7 3’UTR Alters Alternative Polyadenylation"

Julia Hurley (Molecular Genetics major in Cripe lab) won third place in the Cancer Treatment and Innovation section for her project entitled "Targeting Tumor-Resident Myeloid Cells Via BBT Inhibition to Enhance Oncolytic Viroimmunotherapy"

Regan Webber (Molecular Genetics major in the Amacher lab) won third place in the Images of Research + Art competition for her image "Rainbow Fins"
