MolGen Undergrads at Denman
Congratulations to all the MolGen undergraduates and undergraduates in MolGen labs who participated in this year's Denman forum! We would especially like to highlight:
Thaddeus Bowen (Microbiology major, Dobritsa lab) won First Place inFood, Agriculture & Animal Sciences for his presentation “Investigating the possible involvement of genes RPT5a and GASP1 in pollen aperture formation in Arabidopsis thaliana”
Amanda McCrary (Molecular Genetics major, CJ Burd lab) received an honorable mention for her presentation “Estrogen receptor beta alters melanocyte master regulator activity”
The Richard J. and Martha D. Denman Undergraduate Research Forum is an annual event that showcases research projects from the brightest undergraduates at Ohio State. It provides an opportunity for graduating student researchers to share their research endeavors with the university community.
