Congratulations to Uyen Tram who worked with Sharon Amacher to introduce Project BioEYES to the Upper Arlington Schools. After seeing the national project discussed at a Genetics Society of America meeting, Dr. Tram obtained funding from Ohio State, the Upper Arlington Education Foundation and the Barrington PTO, to bring Dr. Rob Vary to pilot the project here in Ohio. According to a recent article in the Columbus Dispatch, the project was a huge success! We look forward to the next event!
