The Department of Molecular Genetics (MOLGEN) is committed to building and sustaining an environment that promotes academic excellence by embracing diversity, embedding equity into all its practices, and encouraging inclusiveness at all levels. The MOLGEN vision is to create a department where diversity, equity, and inclusion are institutionalized values that are supported and practiced so that all members of the department can thrive and contribute to their highest potential.
