NSF-funded Research Experience for Undergraduates renewed

Jane Jackman, Susan Cole, and Anna Dobritsa

Congratulations on the award of funding for three additional years of the NSF-funded Research Experience for Undergraduates in Molecular Biology program. This summer program brings undergraduate students from around the country to Ohio State for a summer research experience in a lab in Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry, or Microbiology. The site has been continuously funded since 2005, and has provided research experiences for over 150 students to date.

The PI of the renewal application was Jane Jackman, along with Susan Cole from Molecular Genetics as the co-PI. This summer, the co-PI role will be taken on by Anna Dobristsa in Molecular Genetics.
